Five HPAS Officers Transferred in Himachal; Gohar Gets Permanent SDM

Shimla, July 5:
The Himachal Pradesh government has issued a notification announcing the transfer and new postings of five administrative officers. As part of the reshuffle, Preeti Paul Singh (HPAS-2013) has been transferred from the post of Assistant Commissioner, Chamba, and appointed as Managing Director of the Himachal Pradesh Backward Classes and Finance Development Corporation in Kangra. She will relieve Vinay Dhiman (HPAS-2008) of the additional charge.

Aparajita Chandel (HPAS-2019), who was under transfer as SDO (Civil) Salooni, has now been posted as Assistant Commissioner, Chamba.

Meanwhile, Subhash Gautam (HPAS-2018) has been shifted from Dharamshala, Kangra, to Hamirpur district, where he will serve as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) in the Department of Sainik Welfare. He will relieve Deepti (HPAS-2011) and will also take on the additional responsibility of managing the Ex-Servicemen Corporation, Hamirpur.

Bachitar Singh (HPAS-2023), who was awaiting posting, has been appointed SDO (Civil), Gohar Subdivision, in Mandi district. He takes over from Smritika Negi (HPAS-2015), who has been relieved of the additional charge and will now continue to serve exclusively as SDM Balh. Notably, Gohar subdivision has suffered significant damage due to recent heavy rainfall.

Lastly, Pankaj Sharma (HPAS-2015) has been transferred from Banjar in Kullu district to SDM, Kafota Subdivision in Sirmaur district.
