Shimla, May 20:

He directed the district administration to accelerate implementation to ensure timely completion of all works.

The Chief Minister instructed officials to identify suitable land for constructing a cow sanctuary in the district, aimed at addressing the issue of stray cattle and providing relief to farmers. He reiterated the government’s commitment to promoting electric mobility as a step toward environmental conservation and said that strengthening the necessary infrastructure is a top priority.

CM Sukhu further directed officials to expedite the execution of a ₹7 crore eco-tourism project proposed in Hareta Gram Panchayat of Nadaun block. The project envisions the development of eco-friendly tourism facilities, including green spaces, treehouses for night camping, walking and nature trails, a cafeteria, and a children’s park.
