Jogindernagar, April 23 – The recent terror attack in Kashmir has plunged the entire nation into mourning, leaving citizens deeply shaken. The horrifying incident, which claimed the lives of several innocent people, occurred while a large number of tourists were visiting the scenic valley — an attack that no one saw coming.

In response, the Jogindernagar Vyapar Mandal (Traders’ Association) held a protest march today to condemn the brutal act and express solidarity with the victims and their families.

President of the Vyapar Mandal, Bhaskar Gupta, strongly condemned the attack, calling it a “stain on humanity.” He emphasized that the entire country stands united in grief with the bereaved families and that the nation’s prayers are with those who lost loved ones in this senseless violence.

A large protest rally was taken out under the banner of the Vyapar Mandal, starting from Pathankot Chowk and culminating at the SDM’s office. The atmosphere was charged with slogans like “Down with Pakistan,” reflecting the public’s outrage and demand for justice. Traders came together in a show of unity, urging the government to strengthen national security measures.

Following the rally, the traders submitted a memorandum addressed to Union Home Minister Amit Shah via the SDM, demanding harsh punishment for those responsible.

The incident has left an indelible mark on the hearts of all Indians, and there is a growing consensus that the time has come for firm and decisive action against such acts of terror.
