Shimla, April 3: In a heartwarming display of honesty, an HRTC (Himachal Road Transport Corporation) conductor returned a lost purse to its rightful owner after it was left behind on an HRTC bus traveling on the Nahan-Saharanpur route. According to reports, conductor Anil Kumar was working on the bus (HP18B-9781) when a young girl, a resident of Paonta Sahib studying at Himalayan College, was traveling from Saharanpur to Nahan. Upon reaching her stop near Paonta Sahib, the girl unknowingly left her purse behind on the seat. The purse contained important documents and a sum of cash.
When the bus arrived at its destination in Nahan, conductor Anil Kumar noticed the abandoned purse. Demonstrating his honesty and commitment to passenger safety, he immediately took possession of the purse and informed his supervisors about the find. Efforts were quickly made to contact the owner, ensuring the purse could be safely returned to the girl.
