The failure of the local NGOs to attend the conference infuriated Dr. Rahul.

Even after being invited to the Google Meet, he said that other NGOs did not show up, which he characterized as ignorance of a crucial meeting for animal welfare.

Lastly he added that he hopes for everyone to join for the session in the next meeting .

Additionally, Vasumati Voice for Voiceless, the only registered NGO in Shimla City, couldn’t be a part the invitation.

The Diary Times crew has noticed that occasionally, a few NGOs are spotted vying with one another throughout the city without understanding their roles and displaying or boasting about their work in a setting akin to a market.

The NGOs in Shimla work with all their might, but, the management seems to be less, said Neha, a mother of five female strays who, funds and even personally takes care of her dogs at the ground.

Lastly Dr. Rahul hoped for a better gethering in the next google meet session that they arrange.
