First things first, motorcycles are not allowed on access-controlled expressways in India, and older highways are not in their best condition. Thus, ADVs are the best class of two-wheelers for Indian riding conditions. Hero MotoCorp, the country’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer, has been selling its dual-sport motorcycle – the Xpulse 200 – for the past few years. Now, the brand is all set to unveil the updated Hero Xpulse 210. A new teaser of the motorcycle has also been released, but as we said, there’s a catch.
The new teaser from Hero MotoCorp hints at the launch of the all-new Xpulse 210 with the caption, “The future of adventure awaits you at EICMA’24. Watch it take shape.”
In the teaser image, the company has used an image of the motorcycle headlight that looks quite similar to the one on the current Xpulse 200. Upon some scrolling on the internet, we found some interesting information. Hero MotoCorp has taken this image from an aftermarket accessory vendor – Hyperrider. Interestingly, this is not the first time an OEM has used an image of an existing product in a teaser.
Talking about the upcoming 2025 Hero Xpulse 210, it has been under development for the past few years. It has been spotted in camo during testing runs at several places across the country, including Ladakh. This time around, the motorcycle will come with a new power plant with a slight bump in power and torque. It might also get a 6-speed gearbox. For the finer details, we will have to wait for the motorcycle to be showcased at EICMA this year.
