Shimla, August 31: Leader of Opposition Jairam Thakur has made serious allegations against Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu’s government. Jairam Thakur has claimed that the government has taken loan by mortgaging the employees’ provident fund, which can have a bad effect on the financial condition of the employees.
Jairam Thakur said that the government has directed the treasury to pay the employees’ pension on the 5th and the pensioners’ pension on the 10th. He warned that this will cause serious problems to the employees, as they have to fulfill many financial responsibilities on time every month.
Jairam Thakur also criticized the economic policies of the government and claimed that the Sukhu government is taking the state towards economic crisis. He alleged that on one hand the government is delaying the salaries of its ministers and CPS, on the other hand it is spending more than six crore rupees on Delhi lawyers to save unconstitutional appointments.
Jairam Thakur warned the Sukhu government that he would not let its strategies succeed and said that his fight against the government would continue.
