Mandi, August 15: People across the country are very excited about the 78th Independence Day celebrations. During this time, various events were also organized across the country. An event in Mandi was also a special center of attraction. On the occasion of Independence Day, an awareness cycle rally on drug prevention was organized by the District Court in Mandi. The national flag was also hoisted on the district court premises. District and Sessions Judge Rajesh Tomar hoisted the national flag and took the salute of the guard of honor. After this, the awareness rally organized on drug prevention was flagged off from here.

This rally was seen giving the message of awareness against social evils like drug addiction in the entire city. The special thing about the rally was that people of all age groups participated in it enthusiastically. While children participated in it, the youth and adults including the elderly also ensured their participation, which made this event even more impressive. Let us tell you that it is very important to spread awareness among the people of the country, especially the youth, to keep them away from social evils like drug addiction. While the government and administration along with other social organizations keep playing their role in this work, the judiciary also plays a leading role in spreading awareness about this evil. On the occasion of Independence Day, District and Sessions Judge Rajesh Tomar also formally inaugurated the newly built video conferencing room in the court complex building.

On this occasion, Principal Judge Family Court Nitin Kumar, other judges, former judges and employees were also present.
