Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu released the song ‘Nashe se tum door raho’ composed by Shimla’s social worker Taruna Mishra here. Through this song, an effort has been made to make people aware about the ill effects of drug abuse.

Shimla, 09 August: Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu released the song ‘Nashe se tum door raho’ composed by Shimla’s social worker Taruna Mishra here. Through this song, an effort has been made to make people aware about the ill effects of drug abuse.

Appreciating the efforts of Taruna Mishra, the Chief Minister said that the state government has taken many innovative initiatives to make people aware about the ill effects of drug abuse. He called upon the youth to stay away from drug abuse to create a constructive and healthy society. He said that social workers and NGOs can support the efforts of the state government in making the society aware. He said that every section of the society should come forward to deal with this menace.

Social worker Taruna Mishra said that she will continue her efforts to create awareness about the ill effects of drug abuse.
