Sad news: Dhandev of Mandi, missing in Kuwait, died due to heart attack, Dhandev’s body is being brought home from Delhi after 26 days
The Indian Embassy in Kuwait gathered all the information and told the family that Dhandev died of a heart attack on June 22 and after completing all the procedures, the body will be sent to India.
Mandi, July 17: Dhandev of Barsu village under Balh subdivision of Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh, whom the family believed to be missing in Kuwait, died of a heart attack on June 22. But the family was not informed about this and there was no contact there. A building housing laborers in Kuwait also caught fire and this incident also happened during that time. When the family could not contact Dhandev, the family raised this matter through Mandi district administration, Himachal Pradesh government, MLA Inder Singh Gandhi and MP Kangana Ranaut.

The Indian Embassy in Kuwait gathered all the information and told the family that Dhandev died of a heart attack on June 22 and after completing all the procedures, the body will be sent to India. On Wednesday, after 26 days, Dhandev’s body was brought from Kuwait to Delhi by air, from where the family is bringing the body home by road. The body will reach home by Wednesday night and the last rites will be performed on Thursday.

The deceased Dhandev’s cousin Tek Chand, brother-in-law Kailash and maternal uncle Hansraj said that two members of the family have gone to bring the body and the last rites will be performed tomorrow. Meanwhile, a mountain of sorrow has fallen on Dhandev’s family. Dhandev has left behind his mother, wife, two daughters and a son. Dhandev’s father had died some time ago and during that time Dhandev had come to his home.
