Accused Javed along with Shamli Police and police station officer giving information
Nahan, June 23: Javed, who uploaded objectionable pictures of animal sacrifice on the occasion of Eid from Jalalabad in Shamli district of Uttar Pradesh, has been taken into police custody.Javed has been arrested by Shamli police for inciting the sentiments of Hindus.
Let us tell you that a case was registered against Javed, who runs a clothes shop at Chhota Chowk in Nahan, the Sirmaur district headquarters of Himachal Pradesh, under section 295A of the IPC by the Shamli Police of Uttar Pradesh (UP).
On Saturday evening, the statement of Shamli district police administration SP Abhishek came to light that during Eid, the accused Javed had uploaded the ghastly pictures of animal sacrifice, but the investigation of Shamli police also found that the banned animal was not sacrificed.
After the statement of Shamli SP Abhishek, the accused Javed was arrested late last Saturday night. The information about the arrest of accused Javed was given by the Circle Officer of Thana Bhawan police station of Jalalabad area.
While talking to Diary Times Media Network on phone regarding the entire matter, Superintendent of Police of Shamli district of Uttar Pradesh, Abhishek said that the accused Javed has been arrested late last Saturday night.

Shamli SP Abhishek said that every aspect is being thoroughly investigated by the investigating officers.
Shamli SP Abhishek said that the electronic device with which accused Javed had uploaded the gruesome pictures of animal sacrifice during Eid will also be seized soon by the investigating officers.
Let us tell you that on the morning of 19th June, Hindu organizations and Vyapar Mandal had staged a fierce protest in Nahan, the Sirmaur district headquarters of Himachal Pradesh, regarding the alleged cow slaughter case. During this, all the goods of accused Javed’s shop were thrown on the road by Hindu organizations and Vyapar Mandal. A case was also registered by Nahan Police against Hindu organizations and Vyapar Mandal.
During this, Bobby Ahmed, President of Anjuman Islamia of Nahan, said that after the investigation of Shamli Police, the stigma has been removed from our forehead, because if a person commits a mistake, then he should be punished.
It is worth mentioning that Nahan Police has also registered a case against accused Javed for inciting the religious sentiments of Hindus, hence efforts are also being made to bring accused Javed to Nahan.
