Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Shimla, April 24:Rajat Kumar, son of Gorda village of Shahpur assembly constituency of Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh, has got the first position in the entire India in the Combined Defense Services Examination (CDS Exam) Exam-2 of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).Rajat Kumar, son of Gorda village, had earlier secured first position in the entire college by scoring 82% in Government College, Shahpur.
