Election department busy in election preparations

The Election Department is training the employees deployed for election duty and necessary arrangements are also being made for security. State Chief Electoral Officer Maneesh Garg said that all arrangements are being made by the department for the elections to be held on June 1 so that free and fair elections can be conducted in the state.

Chief Electoral Officer Maneesh Garg said that the election code of conduct is in force in the state, action is being taken to ensure its compliance. During this time, the Election Department is also receiving different types of complaints, which are being resolved. Many complaints are also being received through C Vigil App and District Election Officer, which are being investigated and resolved.
