Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Mandi, April 08: Amidst the political uproar over consumption of beef by BJP Lok Sabha candidate from Mandi and Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut, she herself has reacted by sharing a post on her official social media handle. Kangana Ranaut wrote that I do not eat any kind of beef or red meat. It is very shameful that such rumors are being spread about me.

An attempt is being made to tarnish my image by spreading such rumors regarding beef. Whereas I have talked about Yogic and Ayurvedic lifestyle for decades and have preached about living life according to them. I can proudly say that I am a Hindu and my people know me well.

Kangana Ranaut said that no one can mislead my people.

Let us tell you that two days ago, HP Public Works Department Minister Vikramaditya Singh, through a post on social media, criticized BJP candidate Kangana Ranaut and An attempt was made to corner the Bharatiya Janata Party indirectly.

In this post he had said that Himachal Pradesh is a holy place and Devbhoomi of Gods and Goddesses. Where beef eaters are contesting elections. This is a matter of concern for our culture, which has nothing to do with politics.
