CM Sukhu: Old pension is not being given in any state ruled by BJP which makes tall claims of being employee friendly.

Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Shimla, March 28:  Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has said that the Congress party not only makes promises but also fulfills the promises made to the people. CM said that old pension is not being given in any state ruled by BJP which makes tall claims of being employee friendly. In the BJP ruled state where the old pension was being given, the old pension has also been stopped. In a statement issued on Thursday, CM Sukhu said that with the blessings of the public, his employee-friendly government is giving the benefits of Old Pension Scheme (OPS) to 1.36 lakh employees in Himachal Pradesh.

CM Sukhu said that Himachal Pradesh is going to be at the forefront in the matter of welfare of employees.

CM Sukhu said that in Himachal Pradesh also, OPS was restored during the tenure of Congress Party.

CM Sukhu said that BJP does not give OPS to the employees, but snatches OPS from the employees.

CM Sukhu said that BJP ruled states are a direct proof of this. CM said that for the employees, the issues of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh are in front of everyone, where the old pension is not being given to the employees.
