Satvik Sharma father Pankaj Sharma is retired from the Electricity Board, while Satvik Sharma mother died when his son Satvik Sharma was going to appear for the 12th examinations. Despite difficult circumstances, Satvik Sharma studied and secured 11th rank in the whole himachal pradesh in 12th Board examinations.

After this, Satvik Sharma took the NEET exam without any coaching. In NEET exam Satvik Sharma had secured 606 marks and was selected for medical studies in Dr. Rajendra Prasad Medical College, Tanda.
