Mandi News: ITBP Jawan Devendra Kumar, Who Reached Durgapur to Attend his Son Wedding, Dies Suddenly Due to Chest Pain
After completing all the Marriage ceremony, father Devendra Kumar went to sleep. Then suddenly there was severe pain in the chest. The family members immediately took him to Rewalsar Hospital where doctors declared Devendra Kumar dead.
Tuesday, February 20: First of all, father Devendra Kumar danced vigorously in celebration of his son marriage and then said goodbye to the world. This poignant incident has taken place in Durgapur village of Rewalsar sub-tehsil under Balh sub-division of Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh.
The wedding ceremony of Chetan Sharma, son of 54-year-old Devendra Kumar, was going on in Durgapur village. Devendra Kumar attended his son wedding with great pomp on 16, 17 and 18 February. On 18th February, everyone was treated to Dham and after that in the evening the father danced vigorously to the tunes of the band.
A video of Devendra Kumar dance has also surfaced in which it can be seen that the father was celebrating the marriage of his son Chetan Sharma.

54 year old Devendra Kumar son of Tej Ram Sharma was serving as ASI in ITBP and was posted in Trivandrum these days. Devendra Kumar Had come home after taking leave for attending his son Chetan Sharma wedding.
The happiness of marriage at home has suddenly turned into mourning. The entire incident has created a wave of mourning in the entire Rewalsar area.
The relatives who had come to join in the joys of the wedding are now consoling the whole family members.
Post-mortem of the body of ITBP jawan Devendra Kumar was conducted at the Medical College, Ner Chowk, Mandi on Monday and after this, it was cremated with full military honors in his native village Durgapur.
ITBP jawans bid farewell to their comrade Devendra Kumar by giving him the last salute.
