Kullu News: Normal Life Affected Due To Snowfall And Rain, Schools In Kullu District Will Remain Closed Till February 2.
Due to closure of roads and paths due to heavy snowfall and rain, holiday has been declared in the schools of Kullu district till 2 February. Kullu District Administration has issued all orders regarding holidays till 2nd February.
The entire life has been disrupted due to heavy snowfall and rain in Kullu and Lahaul-Spiti districts of Himachal Pradesh.
All the upper areas of Kullu and Lahaul-Spiti districts of Himachal Pradesh are covered with snow.
Due to heavy snowfall and rain, all HRTC bus services going from Kullu district towards tourist city Manali have also been badly affected.

Due to heavy snowfall, many roads including Manali-Keylong National Highway via Atal Tunnel Rohtang have been severely disrupted for traffic.
Also, Lahaul has been cut off from Kullu district. Whereas electricity has also failed in many villages of Kullu district.
Due to heavy snowfall, life has been badly affected in Kullu and Lahaul-Spiti districts.
Due to heavy rains, HRTC bus services from Kullu district towards tourist city Manali have also been affected.
HRTC buses going towards tourist city Manali are not being sent beyond Patlikuhal.
Along with this, the problems of the local people have increased due to the wheels of HRTC buses stopping in the rural areas of Kullu district.
On the other hand, continuous rain has started in the tourist city Manali on Thursday morning.
The roads of Kullu district were filled with water due to heavy rains.
Rain has started in Kullu district also.
People are also facing problems due to lack of proper drainage of drains in Kullu district.
Due to heavy rains and snowfall, Kullu and Lahaul valley is completely in the grip of severe cold.
