Shimla – For the first time, three youths of Hati community of Sirmaur district of Himachal Pradesh have been issued ST caste certificate by the notification of Himachal Pradesh High Court.

As per the order of Himachal Pradesh High Court, on Wednesday, Sirmaur District Administration Headquarters has provided full provisional tribe certificates to three youth examination candidates of Hati community of Giripar area of Sirmaur district.

The court bench of Himachal Pradesh High Court issued copies of ST provisional certificates to three youths of Hati community of Sirmaur district –

As per the strict instructions of Himachal Pradesh High Court, on Wednesday, Sirmaur District Administration Headquarters provided ST Provisional Tribe Certificate to three examination candidates of Hati community of Giripar area of Sirmaur district as per the current order of Himachal High Court.

According to the notification of the court bench of Himachal Pradesh High Court, through ST Provisional Tribe Certificates, all three JEE-Main examination candidates of Hati community of Sirmaur district will be given special ST Provisional Tribe Certificate to appear in the JEE-Main Engineering Entrance Examination of the year 2024. As per the strict guidelines provided by the Sirmaur district administration.

On Wednesday, the court bench of Himachal Pradesh High Court had issued a notification to Sirmaur District Administration Deputy Commissioner Mr. Sumit Khimta regarding issuance of ST Provisional Tribe Certificate to the three JEE-Main exam candidates.

All three JEE-Main exam candidates from Giripar area of Hati community of Sirmaur district, including Shavdi main resident Aryan Thakur, Matiana main resident Jyoti Thakur and Bandli main resident Anurag, Hati tribe JEE-Main exam candidates were provided ST Provisional Tribe Certificates.

Also, all the three JEE-Main engineering entrance examination candidates from Giripar area of Hati tribe of Sirmaur district have to complete the application process by filling the examination form with the last date of 30th November along with ST Provisional Tribe Certificate of Hati tribe.

On the other hand, Sirmaur District Administration Deputy Commissioner Mr. Sumit Khimta told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that copies of ST Provisional Tribe Certificate have been provided to the JEE-Main engineering entrance exam candidates of the three Hati communities.

On this occasion, Dr. Amichand Kamal, President of Central Hati Community Committee and Kundan Shastri, Chief General Secretary of Central Hati Community Committee, expressed happiness over the step of providing ST Provisional Tribe Certificate and described it as a historic step for the Hati community.
