Due to the heart-wrenching rains, landslides and natural disasters in Himachal Pradesh, under the most ambitious PM Awas Yojana of the Narendra Modi government, the approval for the construction of nine thousand six hundred and fifty-five houses for all the disaster affected people of Himachal Pradesh has now been approved. Approval of two thousand five hundred thirteen houses has been given under PM Awas Yojana in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh.

Mandi – Due to the heart-wrenching rains, landslides and natural disasters in Himachal Pradesh, under the most ambitious PM Awas Yojana of the Narendra Modi government, the approval for the construction of nine thousand six hundred and fifty-five houses for all the disaster affected people of Himachal Pradesh has now been approved.
Approval of two thousand five hundred thirteen houses has been given under PM Awas Yojana in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh.
Also, under PM Awas Yojana, one thousand six hundred nineteen partially and eight hundred ninety four completely ruined houses have been included.
Approval of nine thousand six hundred fifty five houses for natural disaster affected people under PM Awas Yojana in entire Himachal Pradesh –
Under the special project of Narendra Modi Government’s most ambitious PM Awas Yojana Gramin, the Central Government has approved nine thousand six hundred and fifty-five houses for all the natural disaster affected people of Himachal Pradesh.
Also, under PM Awas Yojana Gramin, an important target has been set to give an amount of one lakh fifty thousand rupees to all the beneficiaries in a phased manner.
On the other hand, the disaster management amount given to all the beneficiaries under PM Awas Yojana Gramin under the special disaster relief package being issued by the Himachal Pradesh Government has been reduced.
Also, a list of partially and completely ruined houses was sent for approval.
Under PM Awas Yojana Gramin, approval of two thousand five hundred thirteen houses has been given only in Mandi district.
Also, one thousand six hundred nineteen partially and eight hundred ninety four completely ruined houses have been included under PM Awas Yojana Gramin.
On the other hand, survey will be conducted in the entire Himachal Pradesh through online app before 30th November and the registration process has been started.
Himachal Pradesh government will give approval to all partially and completely destroyed houses by 14th November through survey of online app.
Under the special project under PM Awas Yojana Gramin, it has been made necessary for all the houses to fulfill several important conditions to get the benefit.
Also, all the previously issued conditions under PM Awas Yojana Gramin will remain fully applicable.
At the same time, after the approval of all the new houses under PM Awas Yojana Gramin, the complete list and amount of beneficiaries of all the special relief packages at the district level will also be reshuffled.
Besides, district level verification work of all the beneficiaries under PM Awas Yojana Gramin will also be done.
Also, approval of new houses has been given under PM Awas Yojana Gramin to all the natural disaster affected people of the first month of July in entire Himachal Pradesh.
Also, under PM Awas Yojana Gramin, there were only three hundred and twenty-two houses in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh.
The first installment of sixty five thousand rupees has also been released to all the beneficiaries.
It may be noted that under the special projects of PM Awas Yojana Gramin, all the government employees, tax payers, Kisan Credit Card limit above Rs 50,000, four-wheeler vehicle holders and all the beneficiaries were declared ineligible under PM Awas Yojana Gramin.
Also, the beneficiaries will get benefits after fulfilling all the conditions under PM Awas Yojana Gramin.
Approval has been given under all the special projects of 2051 PM Awas Yojana Gramin in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh.
Relief amount will be distributed to all natural disaster affected people as per all the rules of special relief package amount under Himachal Pradesh State Government.
