About twenty five families live in this village and the mountain below the village is continuously cracking. Because of which cracks have appeared in many houses and people are forced to live in the shadow of fear.

Presently we are present in Khatwad village of Banour Panchayat, a remote village of Paonta Sahib Assembly Constituency. So will Khatwad village disappear in the coming time. We are saying this because the people of the village are forced to live in the shadow of fear.
