Himachal News : Congress MLA told the Chief Minister leadership to deal with the disaster in the state is effective

Congress MLA Sudhir Sharma has described Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu’s leadership as effective and exemplary in dealing with the natural calamity in the state.

Addressing a press conference in Dharamshala, Sudhir Sharma said that natural calamity has caused huge damage in the state and to deal with it, the Chief Minister of the state, Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, personally led the relief and rescue operations on the spot.

Damaged roads, polo, electricity and water schemes have been restored at many places within forty-eight hours. Many tourists who had come to visit Himachal from the country and abroad have also been safely taken to their homes due to the efforts of the Chief Minister.

Apart from this, the Chief Minister also interacted directly with the people of the flood affected areas. MLA Sudhir Sharma has also appreciated the initiative taken by the Chief Minister to get the buildings and roads destroyed in natural calamities under MNREGA.
