The person killed in this cylinder blast has been identified as Avni Sood, a famous businessman in Shimla. Avnish Sood was passing outside this restaurant at the time of the incident. Our correspondent told – The glasses of some other showrooms located nearby have also been broken and the explosion in the commercial gas cylinder kept in the restaurant was so loud that its sound was heard up to a kilometer away.
