Addressing the Pravasi Bharatiya program in Washington DC, he appreciated the contribution of Indians in the development of America.
The Prime Minister said that make in India has now become make for the world. Narendra Modi said that during the last nine years, India has developed in every field and India has proved its strength all over the world.
He said that many companies have offered to invest in India. Make in India, make for the world. We have co-operation regarding that. Be it our mutual cooperation in technology transfer, and manufacturing or increasing coordination in the industrial supply chain.
Both countries are taking strong steps towards a better future. The decision of General Electric Company to manufacture fighter plane engines in India will prove to be a milestone for India’s defense sector.
By making this agreement, America will not only share technology but also mutual trust. Defense, industrial, corporation, roadmap will deepen the partnership between the two countries.
