Cambodian King Norodom Sihamoni accorded guard of honour at Rashtrapati Bhavan

Sihamoni reached New Delhi, India on Monday. His visit is being held to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between India and Cambodia. Diplomatic relations were established between the two countries in the year 1952.

King Norodom Sihamoni of Cambodia is on his first state visit to India. President Draupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi met Raja Sihamoni on Tuesday morning. During this, the King of Cambodia was honored with a guard of honor at the Rashtrapati Bhavan.

Sihamoni reached New Delhi, India on Monday. His visit is taking place to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between India and Cambodia. Diplomatic relations were established between the two countries in the year 1952.

Meanwhile, King Norodom Sihamoni of Cambodia met President Murmu on Tuesday. Later, also called on several dignitaries including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Ministers. At the same time, he was given the honor of Guard of Honor at Rashtrapati Bhavan. After meeting the ministers, King Norodom Sihamoni of Cambodia paid floral tributes at the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi at Rajghat.
