No Shake Hand Only Namaste: During the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) meeting this morning, Indian External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar and Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto came together face to face for the first time and they posed for a photo together. However, Indian Foreign Minister Jaishankar did not shake hands with Bilawal Bhutto.

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar today welcomed his Pakistani counterpart Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari in Goa for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit.
