Shimla – Yashwant Chhajta has been unanimously nominated as the Vice Chairman of Himachal Housing and Urban Authority (HIMUDA) by the Government of Himachal Pradesh. Himachal Pradesh government has issued a notification and the name of Yashwant Chhajta has been approved by Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu.
The name of Yashwant Chhajta has been nominated by the Himachal Pradesh Government today at the last moment as the Vice Chairman of Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Authority (HIMUDA).
Also, Chief Principal Secretary, Himachal Pradesh Government, Himachal Housing and Urban Development Authority (HIMUDA), Devesh Kumar, issued a complete notification on Tuesday and orders have been issued appointing Yashwant Chhajta as the new Vice Chairman of the Himachal Housing and Urban Development Authority Board.

Yashwant Chhajta has been appointed Vice Chairman of Himachal Housing and Urban Development Authority Board (HIMUDA) by Devesh Kumar, Chief Principal Secretary, Himachal Pradesh Government, Himachal Housing and Urban Development Authority Board (HIMUDA).
Himachal Pradesh Urban Development Department issued a complete notification on Tuesday, Yashwant Chhajta has been made the Vice Chairman of Himachal Housing and Urban Development Authority Board (HIMUDA).
Yashwant Chhajta, Even during the tenure of former Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Late. Shri Virbhadra Singh’s government, he was made the Vice Chairman of Himachal Housing and Urban Development Authority Board (HIMUDA).
Due to which, using his entire experience, the Honourable Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, expressed full confidence in Yashwant Chhajta even during the tenure of his government, and again entrusted him with the responsibility of Vice Chairman of Himachal Housing and Urban Development Authority Board (HIMUDA).
Yashwant Chhajta, newly appointed to the Himachal Housing and Urban Development Authority Board (HIMUDA), is said to be close to Halilodge.

Apart from this, Pradeep Surya of Sirmaur district and Jitendra Chandel of Bilaspur district as well as Rakesh Chaudhary of Una district have been given non-official membership of Himachal Housing and Urban Development Authority Board by the Himachal Pradesh Government.

CM Sukhu and newly appointed Vice Chairman of HIMUDA Board Yashwant Chhajta paid a courtesy visit and a meeting is also being considered for detailed discussion on all the serious issues of housing and urban development.
