Mahindra will announce the new prices of XUV300 facelift in the month of February of New Year 2024. Before this, Mahindra will launch the updated XUV400 EV in the month of January 2024. Mahindra will also launch an electric vehicle version of XUV300 which will be made available for sale to the customers from June 2024. With the facelift in the new version of the XUV300 electric vehicle, the Mahindra compact SUV is trying to increase its presence to the maximum in the Indian car market.

According to a new report by Autocar, to give tough competition to the updated Nexon and the upcoming Sonet facelift, Mahindra has taken a significant decision to make major styling changes in its XUV300 facelift, due to which the XUV300 will get major changes especially at the front and rear. Styling changes will be seen. Along with this, Mahindra has also taken an important decision of making major styling changes in the bumper and headlamp assembly of XUV300. The styling of the XUV300 by Mahindra is largely inspired by Mahindra’s BE line-up of SUVs. Mahindra company’s BE line-up SUVs will be launched in the year 2025.

Great features of segment-first panoramic sunroof in Mahindra’s XUV300 –

Along with the major styling changes, the XUV300 facelift also sees Mahindra adding exciting features like the segment-first panoramic sunroof as well as the largest infotainment screen of 10.25 inches in the XUV300 facelift.
On the other hand, If we talk about the engine of Mahindra XUV300. So in the facelift of XUV300, Mahindra will start selling XUV300 from June 2024 with the most powerful 131hp, 1.2-litre turbo-petrol (TGDI) engine along with Ison-sourced 6 speed automatic (torque converter).

Mahindra XUV300 Electric may be priced up to Rs 2 lakh cheaper than the 400 EV –

Mahindra XUV300 EV has been provided with 35kWh battery facility. Due to which Mahindra’s XUV300 EV car has been made available with a smaller 40kWh battery compared to the one found in the XUV400 EV.

Complete information about the battery range of Mahindra XUV300 EV and Mahindra XUV400 EV has not been made available by Mahindra at present. In the Indian car market, the starting price of Mahindra XUV300 EV is all expected to be between Rs 15-17 lakh (ex-showroom price). This means that Mahindra XUV400 EV will be made available at a cheaper price by Rs 2 lakh.

Mahindra XUV300 is currently available only in petrol and diesel engines –

Currently Mahindra XUV300 is made available in the Indian car market only with petrol and diesel engines. Besides, the 1197 cc petrol engine in Mahindra XUV300 also generates power of 128.73bhp@5000rpm and torque of 230Nm@1500-3750rpm. Also, the 1497 cc diesel engine currently generates power of 115.05bhp@3750rpm and torque of 300Nm@1500-2500rpm in Mahindra XUV300. Mahindra XUV300 is available in both manual and automatic transmissions.
