Congress party can gamble on a young face in front of Kangana. While talking to journalists in Shimla after returning from Delhi, Vikramaditya Singh said that he will follow every order of the high command. Earlier also his father and mother had been MPs from Mandi. Pratibha Singh is also MP from Mandi for the third time and the people of Mandi are associated with her. Whatever order the high command gives will be followed.
