Very painful accident: Three died, one child is in critical condition after the tipper rolled into a deep gorge.
Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Kullu, May 06:Three passengers died and the condition of a four-year-old child is said to be critical after a tipper loaded with four passengers went out of control and rolled into a terrible deep ditch in front on the Gaushala road under Banjar sub-division of Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh.

Banjar police station in-charge said that in the entire incident, a tipper was carrying cement and heavy bars and was taking it to Mathiana village.
Then, in a tight turn on the Gaushala Kainchi road, a tipper number HP-65-9529 suddenly came backwards and fell into a terrible deep ditch of hundred meters.
On hearing the sound of the tipper falling into the ditch, the local people ran from their houses and immediately the local people started the rescue operation in which the four injured were taken out of the ditch one by one and brought to the road.
And from there, 108 ambulances were called and the four injured were taken to Banjar Primary Health Center, where one woman had died. The doctors had given first aid to three injured and sent them to Banjar Hospital, then the second injured died as soon as they reached Banjar Hospital, two injured from Banjar Hospital were referred to Regional Hospital Kullu, Then the third injured person died in the ambulance, the condition of the fourth injured person, a four-year-old child, is also critical.
In the complete tipper case, the deceased were identified by Banjar police station in-charge as Jogi Ram, age fifty years, son of Nasru, village Dhara, district Kullu and Kirna Devi, age twenty-eight years, wife of Kehar Singh, village Jamadidhar, district Kullu and Aahi Chand, age forty-eight years, son of Parsu Ram, village Dhara, district Kullu.Â
Also, the condition of injured four year old Gayatri Devi, daughter Kehar Singh, village Jamadi Dhar, Tehsil Banjar District Kullu is critical. SDM Banjar Pankaj Sharma gave immediate relief amount of Rs. 20-20 thousand to the family of the three deceased and Rs 5 thousand to the injured Gayatri Devi family.Â
