Both elder brother Yogesh and his younger brother Vishal, hailing from Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh, work inside the Silkyara Tunnel under construction in the state of Uttarakhand.

But while younger brother Vishal, resident of Mandi, is working as a shotcrete machine operator in Silkyara Tunnel, elder brother Yogesh was working as a helper in Silkyara Tunnel.

Yogesh, a resident of Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh, had come to his permanent home after taking leave from his work as a helper in Silkyara Tunnel to celebrate Diwali.

But as soon as the helpers working with Yogesh, resident of Mandi, informed about his younger brother Vishal sinking inside the Silkyara Tunnel, Yogesh ran to reach the Silkyara Tunnel again and is trying to contact his younger brother Vishal.

But on Tuesday, as soon as I talked to my younger brother Vishal, who was trapped inside the Silkyara Tunnel, through walkie talkie, younger brother Vishal encouraged the entire family and said that as the family members say, don’t worry, I will come back soon after the rescue operation.

Also, younger brother Vishal said that both the brothers used to go on holiday together to celebrate Diwali, but recently due to Vishal himself returning from leave, he was not able to get a long holiday.

Due to which elder brother Yogesh had gone alone to Mandi to celebrate holidays with his family.

Seeing Vishal’s condition, all the friends Arif and Ankesh are most worried –

Looking at the serious condition of Pushkar Singh Airi of Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand, who is trapped in the Silkyara Tunnel, his two friends Mohammad Arif and Ankesh Kumar are seen to be in the most trouble.

While talking to Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma, Mohammad Arif and Ankesh Kumar told that Pushkar Singh Airi, resident of Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand, was also working with them as a helper in Silkyara Tunnel.

Mohammad Arif and Ankesh Kumar also tried to talk to the family members of Pushkar Singh Airi, but due to non-availability of mobile number, they were not able to talk to the family members of Pushkar Singh Airi.

On the other hand, Hemant Nayak of Jharkhand state also did not get any information about Gunodhar, Ranjit, Ravindra, Sameer, Vishesh Nayak, Raju Nayak, Mahadev and Bhuktu Murmu of his village trapped in Silkyara Tunnel. Wishes have been expressed for his return home after the rescue operation. Hemant Nayak of Jharkhand told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that he is praying and praying to God every day for the safe return of all his friends back home.
