Una News : In various wards of Una district headquarters, people are facing drinking water problem for the last one month. On this issue, people from different wards of the city protested against the Jal Shakti Department at the district headquarters.

During this, he also accused the department of ignoring his problem. People say that due to lack of water, they are forced to bring water from other wards of the city.

He has also warned of fierce demonstrations in case the water supply is not smoothened soon. On the other hand, Vice President of the Municipal Council Vinod Kumar Puri has also urged the Jal Shakti Department to solve the drinking water problem.

He says that the problem has been raised many times before the authorities through the city council, but no solution has been found. It is worth mentioning that about a month ago, worms were found in the drinking water supply in Ward No. 5, 8 and 11 of Una city. People had raised this problem in front of the department, for which a permanent solution has not yet been found.
