Shimla, 08 November: The state government has given posting to two IPS officers who were waiting for appointment. Two IPS officers have been transferred. In this regard, a notification was issued by Chief Secretary Prabodh Saxena on Friday.
According to this, Rajesh Kumar has been appointed SP of CID Crime Branch Shimla. Earlier he was SP (Leave Reserve) in Police Headquarters. Omapati Jamwal, who was waiting for appointment, has been posted as SP in Police Training College Daroh.
Similarly, Bhag Mal has been appointed SP in Daroh Police Academy. SP Arvind Chaudhary of Police Training College Daroh has been asked to immediately report to Police Headquarters Shimla. His posting orders will be issued later.
