Flash flood due to continuous torrential rains in Talehan of Karsog assembly constituency of Mandi district, HRTC buses and other vehicles trapped in the debris due to debris falling from the hill
HRTC bus driver Gurdev Sharma said that around 4 am he suddenly heard the sound of heavy amount of water and stones falling from the hill.
