Bilaspur: Two youths travelling in a car arrested with 4.16 grams of chitta
The accused have been identified as Sanjay Kumar (30) resident of Manlidi-Harabagh Tehsil Sundernagar and Pawan Kumar (30) resident of Malidi-Sihli Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi.
