Sirmour- A minor has given birth to twins in Sirmour district of Himachal Pradesh. Sirmour district police administration has registered a case and started a search operation for the main accused.
Sirmour District Police Administration said that due to the absence of a mother, the minor girl was living alone in the house. The accused raped a minor girl after luring her with the promise of marriage and absconded completely. The minor girl told that the accused had later refused to marry her.
A minor girl from Sirmour district of Himachal Pradesh has given birth to twins. Due to the seriousness of the matter, Renukaji police station of Sirmaur district has registered the entire case against the main accused under POCSO Act as well as all other sections and has issued a search operation for the main accused.
Renukaji police station of Sirmour district told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that a village man kept visiting the minor girl at her aunt’s house in the village, meanwhile the main accused raped the minor girl by luring her for marriage.
While giving information about the main accused, the local people said that the main accused used to work as a mechanic in the village, meanwhile he committed the rape.
Renukaji police said that the minor girl was living alone due to the death of her mother.
The main accused repeatedly raped the minor girl on the pretext of marrying her, but the local people were not aware of it.
Later, after raping the minor girl, the accused refused to marry her.
The minor girl gave birth to twins on October 15, after which the Renukaji police has started a search operation for the main accused under the POCSO Act.
The minor girl has lodged a complaint about the entire matter on the CM Helpline and has requested to arrest the main accused.
After the complaint received from CM Helpline, Renukaji police station of Sirmour district registered the complaint of the main accused and in the entire proceedings, after getting the medical checkup of the minor girl done at Renukaji Hospital on Sunday, the twin newborns were born and got their sample report done for DNA test. After investigation, it has been sent to arrest the main accused. Renukaji police has started the process to arrest the main accused with the help of local people.
On the other hand, DSP Sangdah Sirmour District Police Administration Mukesh Dadwal told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that by registering a case against the main accused under the POCSO Act, the process of arresting the main accused has been started with the cooperation of the local people of the village.
DNA test of both the newborn babies born to a minor girl has been done and the sample report has been sent for investigation with immediate effect. After recording all the statements of the minor girl, she will also be presented in the court of Himachal Pradesh High Court. The main accused will be arrested soon and his DNA sample report will be prepared and further action will be taken.
