Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Nahan (Sirmour), March 06: All preparations are going in full swing in Nahan city for the Mahashivratri festival. There is always a lot of enthusiasm among the youth about the great festival of Mahashivratri in the historical Ranital Shiv Temple of Nahan city. Under this, a grand procession has been organized from Ranital Shiv Temple complex on Wednesday afternoon.

During the grand procession, a procession of Shiv Shankar has been taken out with musical instruments. Youths dressed as ghosts and vampires have been the attraction in Shiv Shankar wedding procession. The grand procession started from the historic Ranital Shiv Temple complex at around 1.30 pm.

Rajguru Yogi Kishori Nath of the ancient Kalisthan temple of Nahan city was especially present in the grand procession. The grand procession was started in the presence of Rajguru Yogi Kishori Nath.

Bhole Shankar procession with the slogan of ‘Bam-Bam Bhole’ took place from Ranital Bagh with great pomp and show. Bhole’s followers gathered a lot in the grand procession.

During the grand procession, the dead bodies have also shown amazing feats of spewing fire from their mouths. The tableau of Bhole Shankar seated on Nandi bull has become a special attraction.

Bhole Baba procession passed through Kachcha Tank via Main Bazaar, Bada Chowk, Chaugan, Naya Bazaar via Chaugan, Mahalat Valley via Bazaar and ended at the historic Ranital Shiv Temple complex.
