Shimla, November 20: A woman has accused her brother-in-law of forcibly entering her room and molesting and intimidating her. On the woman’s complaint, the police have registered a case against the accused. The accused has not been arrested yet. The case has come up in a village under Baluganj police station area of ​​Shimla.

The woman told the police in her complaint that on November 17, she was alone in the room. During this time, her brother-in-law Govind forcibly entered the room and started molesting her. The brother-in-law did obscene acts with her. On protesting, the accused started beating her and threatened to kill her.

According to the police, action is being taken by registering an FIR against the accused under sections 74, 332 (2) and 351 (2) of the Indian Penal Code.
