Shimla: Special Sundarkand in the world famous Jakhu Hanuman temple, doors open from 4 o’clock

Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Shimla, April 23: Today, due to the holy festival of Hanuman Jayanti, the world famous Jakhu Hanuman temple of Shimla is witnessing a special glow, where on one side the entire temple complex has been decorated with marigold flowers and on the other side, From the entrance to the sanctum sanctorum, red flowers and matting were done for the special entry so that the devotees do not face any problem.

The priest of Jakhu temple told that like every year, this year also on the holy festival of Hanuman Jayanti, all the doors were opened for the devotees from four in the morning, after which Hanuman ji was decorated, after which the grand aarti was performed at seven o’clock.

He said that after the grand aarti, two quintals of roti, halwa as well as bhandara prasad have been offered to Lord Hanuman.

Apart from this, special Sunderkand recitation has also been organized in Jakhu Hanuman temple for one and a half hours. The doors of Hanuman ji will remain open for all the devotees from 4 am to 8 pm.
