Shimla, July 04: The 16-year-old minor girl became pregnant after the rape. This was revealed during pregnancy test in the hospital after she complained of stomach pain and the minor girl gave birth to a child. Both the mother and the child are said to be healthy. The victim is not married yet.

The most shocking thing is that neither the victim’s family nor the victim herself knew about the pregnancy. This incident shocked the victim’s family members. The victim is a student of 11th class. The entire matter has come to light in Theog police station area of ​​​​Shimla district. The Theog police station in-charge has registered a case against an unknown person under the section of rape and POCSO on the complaint of the victim’s father.

The victim’s father said in the complaint given to the Theog police station in-charge that his daughter is studying in 11th class. On July 3, the daughter suddenly felt pain in her stomach, after which she was taken to the hospital. The doctors admitted the daughter after checking her health. Meanwhile, she gave birth to a child.

The victim’s father has alleged that someone has raped his daughter, due to which she has become pregnant. On the basis of the complaint of the victim’s father, the Theog police station in-charge has registered a case under Section 65 (1) of the Indian Justice Code and POCSO Act 6 and started investigation. Since the case involves a minor, the Theog police is not sharing much information in this case.

Regarding the entire matter, the Theog police station in-charge said that on the basis of the complaint of the victim’s father, a case of rape and POCSO has been registered against an unknown person. The unknown accused is being traced and will be arrested soon.
