Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Shimla, April 04: In Dharchandna village of Kupvi tehsil of sub-division Chaupal, police raided the house of a person and recovered more than seven and a half kilo grams of Charas from his possession.
During patrolling in Nerwa market, police had received information that Mohan Lal (40), resident of Dharchandna village, was selling Charas in his house. As soon as the information was received, a special team of police raided Mohan’s house late on Wednesday night and searched it. During this period, 7.687 kg of Charas was recovered from the possession of the accused.

DSP Chaupal Sushant Sharma said that a person has been arrested with the consignment of charas. The accused used to sell charas at his home. A case has been registered against him under the NDPS Act at Kupvi Police Station and action is being taken.
