A Nepali laborer has killed his colleague in Shloa village of Theog sub-division of Shimla district of Himachal Pradesh. The main accused, a Nepali laborer, killed his partner with a sharp weapon and after setting the body on fire, the Nepali laborer fled from the spot.
Registering a case of murder of Nepali laborer’s companion under Theog police station, investigation process has been started by special teams of Theog police.
The half-burnt body of the Nepali laborer’s companion has also been recovered by Theog police teams.
DSP Theog police station Siddharth Sharma told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that on the statement of Vikas Sharma, son of Mohan Lal Sharma, village Shloa, tehsil Theog, district Shimla, a case of murder of the companion of a Nepalese laborer has been registered.
In the entire case of murder of a Nepali laborer by his partner registered by Theog police, Vikas Sharma told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that he is a Class A contractor in the Himachal Pradesh Public Works Department.
Contractor Vikas Sharma has hired labor of Nepali origin to work in the apple orchard of his village Shloa.
Contractor Vikas Sharma told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that on January 30 at around 9:00 am, Khem, a person of Nepali origin, told contractor Vikas Sharma on phone that a Nepali named Prem Conti was lying dead in his tent and his A Nepali youth named colleague Hemraj has absconded.
Khem, a person of Nepali origin, informed the contractor Vikas Sharma about the complete murder case. After that, contractor Vikas Sharma immediately informed the police station Theog about the complete murder case of a young man of Nepali origin named Prem Conti with immediate effect.
Contractor Vikas Sharma told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that Hemraj, an absconding youth of Nepali origin, carried out the entire murder incident with a sharp weapon and Hemraj, an absconding Nepali youth, carried out the entire murder incident with the intention of destroying the body of a Nepali youth named Prem Conti. After killing Prem Conti, the body was also set on fire.
Theog police station in-charge has registered a case of complete murder and has started the investigation and investigation process of the main accused Hemraj.
