A multi-storey building has collapsed at sixteen miles near Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh, at around 12 noon.

Within a few minutes almost a four-storey building collapsed.

Due to the collapse of a four-storey building built on the hill side on the National Highway, the foundation of Dhami College, built at a cost of crores of rupees, is once again in danger.

On the other hand, the newly constructed road of Dhami College, built at a cost of crores of rupees, has also come under threat.

However, in view of the overall danger, the four-storey building was evacuated in advance. Due to which there has been no loss of life due to the collapse of the four-storey building.

During the collapse of the four-storey building, vehicular movement on the National Highway has also been stopped and now only one-way vehicular movement is taking place on the National Highway.

After receiving information about the entire incident, Himachal Pradesh Government’s Public Works Department Minister Vikramaditya Singh also reached the spot and gave directions to the officials.
