Now, Blue Sheep and Golden Pheasant have been specially prepared to attract tourists in Kufri Nature Park located in Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh. Under the Wildlife Exchange Programme, about twenty one wild animals including Blue Sheep and Golden Pheasant from Darjeeling Zoo have been specially brought to Kufri Nature Park in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh to attract tourists.
Twenty one wild animals including Blue Sheep and Golden Pheasant will become tourist attraction in Kufri Nature Park of Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh.
Now, for the first time, twenty one wild animals including Blue Sheep and Golden Pheasant have been brought from Darjeeling Zoo under the Wildlife Exchange Program to Kufri Nature Park in Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh, to attract all the tourists from India and abroad.
Under the Wildlife Exchange Program of Himachal Pradesh Government, about twenty one wild animals from Darjeeling Zoo of Assam have been brought to Kufri Nature Park with the aim of attracting tourists.
Three Blue Sheep, four Golden Pheasants, four Lady Amherst Pheasants, four Silver Pheasants and six Red Jungle Fowl have been brought to Kufri Nature Park under the Wildlife Exchange Program from Darjeeling Zoo in Assam.

Under the Wildlife Exchange Program, Himachal Pradesh Forest Department, under the leadership of Veterinary Officer Dr. Rohit Sharma, went to Darjeeling Zoo to bring twenty one wild animals from Darjeeling Zoo of Assam to Kufri Nature Park.
Due to which the team of Himachal Pradesh Forest Department led by Dr. Rohit Sharma had gone to Darjeeling Zoo in Assam on 19th November and along with all the 21 wild animals, all the wild animals were released in Kufri Nature Park on 26th November.
First of all, all the twenty-one wild animals brought from Darjeeling Zoo in Assam have been given a safe place in quarantine, and after a few days all the wild animals will be released in the Kufri Reserve.
Himachal Pradesh Forest Department has specially handed over three Himalayan Ghoral, six Cheer Pheasants, four Khaleej Pheasants as well as six Red Jungle Fowl from the enclosure of Kufri Nature Park to the Darjeeling Zoo in Darjeeling, Assam under the Wildlife Exchange Programme.
Chief Deputy Conservator of Himachal Pradesh Wildlife Forest Division, Capital Shimla, N. Ravi Shankar told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that in order to increase the number of tourists in Kufri Nature Park in Shimla and to determine the collection of animals and birds, twenty one wildlife animals from Darjeeling Zoo in Assam are currently being sent to Kufri Nature Park Shimla through quarantine under the guidance of Veterinary Officer Dr. Rohit Sharma.
