Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Shimla, March 29: The Congress party high command has canceled the suspension of two leaders in view of the Lok Sabha elections and assembly by-elections. The Congress party has decided to include former MLA from Kangra district Jagjiwan Paul and Parasram from Anni of Kullu district back in the Congress party. In this regard, a letter has been written by state Congress in-charge Rajiv Shukla to state party president Pratibha Singh. The decision to return both the leaders to the party has been taken on the recommendations of the President of the State Disciplinary Committee held in Chandigarh recently.
