Now no employee will be allowed to go for duty, leave orientation, program, conference, tour etc. without permission of competent authority.

This circular has been issued by the Registrar of HPU to all the departments. It has come to light that teaching and non-teaching staff take leave as per their wish without the approval of the authority. Applications for leave of teaching and non-teaching staff are handed over to the concerned staff and permission from higher authority is not being taken for leave.

In such a situation, instructions have been issued by the Registrar of HPU that only higher officials will have the right to grant leave under any circumstances. If there is very important work, then information about it will have to be given through telephone and only then the leave will be approved. Permission has also been given by the Vice Chancellor in this regard.
