Shimla became the hub of HRTC bus accidents, now IGMC Shimla nurse dies on the spot.
Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Una, April 20: Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh, has become a hub of HRTC accidents. Not ten days have passed since the death of a woman in the old bus stand and today another woman has been killed by an HRTC electrical bus. The entire incident took place in Mashobra in the late evening.
Dhali police station in-charge told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that forty-eight year old woman Seema was hit by an HRTC electrical bus while crossing the road near Mashobra bus stop at seven in the evening, due to which Seema died on the spot.
The saddest thing is that forty-eight year old Seema was a nurse of IGMC Shimla and due to work, she lived in Mashobra. The main address of the Aadhar card of the deceased Seema is of Kotkhai.
Dhali police station in-charge arrived with his team and checked the angles of all the CCTV cameras.
Raju told that deceased Seema always used to come to Mashobra market to buy vegetables but the arbitrariness of HRTC drivers has crossed their limits.
Dhali Police SHO said that a case is being registered. Deceased Seema body has been sent for post-mortem. HRTC electrical bus seized and driver arrested.
