One of the bodies identified is of 54-year-old Santosh Kumari, wife of Surat Ram, resident of Kanradh, Rampur, who was identified through the DNA of her son Rajesh Kumar. The second body is of 52-year-old Roop Singh, son of Sukhram, resident of Sarpara, Rampur, who was identified through DNA matching of his son Sahil.
Deputy Commissioner Anupam Kashyap said that many bodies have been found in mutilated condition, identifying them has become a big challenge.
