Sad news: Two judges of Himachal Pradesh High Court have different opinions in giving decision on resignation of independent MLAs.

Let us tell you that this has happened because this case was being heard by a two-member bench in the Himachal Pradesh High Court, but due to different opinions expressed by both the members while giving the final verdict, the entire case has gone to the third judge.

Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Shimla, May 07:Amidst the political crisis, the final decision on the entire matter of acceptance of resignations of three independent MLAs Ashish Sharma, KL Thakur and Hoshyar Singh by the judges of Himachal Pradesh High Court has not been given.

Let us tell you that this has happened because this case was being heard by a two-member bench in the Himachal Pradesh High Court, but due to different opinions expressed by both the members while giving the final verdict, the entire case has gone to the third judge.

Due to which, if the decisions of two judges are not unanimous, the third judge of Himachal Pradesh High Court is going to give the final decision.
