Road accident in Sirmaur district – Two workers have died on the spot in a horrific road accident that took place late night at Nariwala in Paonta Sahib in Sirmaur district of Himachal Pradesh.
According to the information received from Sirmaur police administration, the speeding vehicle had moved ahead, hitting two laborers standing on the roadside.
Both the workers were seriously injured. Due to which, with the help of local people and Sirmaur District Police, both the injured laborers were immediately admitted to Sirmaur District Hospital for complete treatment, but both the laborers died during treatment.
Both the laborers were identified by Sirmaur District Police Administration as Vishnu Pratap Singh, aged forty-two years, son of Om Prakash, resident of Kureli village, Tehsil Dr. The second laborer has been identified as Ritesh Kharwar, age twenty-eight, son of Om Prakash, resident of Jotana village, Tehsil Jahani Jakhaniya district Ghazipur Uttar Pradesh state, Thirana district Gosai Pratapgarh Uttar Pradesh.
Sirmaur Police Administration Paonta Sahib DSP Manvendra Thakur, while completely confirming this incident, told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that after registering the entire case, the incident is being investigated by Sirmaur District Police and Himachal Pradesh Forensic Teams.
